The rules for using FunThru, a business-process automation platform provided by Sun Technology Services SPC.
FunThru is offered to organisations and to individuals. These terms apply to anyone ("Customer") who subscribes to or uses FunThru, and to the people a Customer authorises to use it. If you use FunThru on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. Individuals must be at least 18 years old.
FunThru connects to business tools the Customer chooses to link, such as Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI), Gmail and WhatsApp Business, and automates work across them. Customer data is kept separate from other customers' data.
The Customer owns their data. FunThru accesses connected accounts only with the permissions the Customer grants and only to provide the service. The Customer can disconnect any connection at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
FunThru prepares drafts and proposals, such as email drafts, and actions that change business records need approval from an authorised user. The Customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving them.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be notified to the Customer contact.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and Sun Technology Services SPC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months before the claim.
Either party may end the subscription at any time by written notice. On ending, the Customer's data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy and data-deletion instructions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
